The guest-house  is located on the ground floor of Villa Gioia and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room. The living room (25m²) has a sofa bed therefore allowing up to four people to stay in the apartment. Finally their is a small kitchen. Outside there is a beautiful terrace. The apartment is reached by a private road and allows to park. The guest-house can be booked as extension to the villa or on it's self.
